About this Webinar

Pharmaceutical and medical devices companies have adopted a variety of operating models to manage their global product labelling and packaging artwork activities so that they may drive excellence and efficiency worldwide while also addressing the needs of stringent regulatory environments world over. The models have ranged from being completely de-centralized to being regionally centralized through a hub-and-spoke approach. While each approach has its inherent advantages, it also suffers from pitfalls and limitations. In the face of stricter compliance norms and cost pressures, it may be time to think of a new approach.

Through this webinar, we will share insights related to a “Shared Services Model” that can strategically transform and seamlessly integrate the end-to-end process of product labelling and packaging artwork for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer health products. The webinar will cover the following key points:

  • Prevalent state of the labelling and packaging processes in the industry
  • Typical challenges and issues encountered across companies and geographies
  • Design of a Shared Services Model for Labelling and how it works
  • Benefits of a Shared Services Model
